PACES™ - Used to plan and budget facility and infrastructure construction costs. Users can begin to budget costs at the earliest pre-design phase and continue to estimate costs through final design.
RACER™ - Allows its user base to quickly and accurately estimate costs for all phases of environmental remediation projects- from site discovery through long-term monitoring.
CostRisk™ - Increases knowledge of the technical, cost and schedule risks associated with a major construction program or environmental restoration project helping to make informed decisions. The software provides information to assess financial risks under guaranteed fixed price or performance-based contracting formats.
RACER-DSÒ - Provides clients with environmental remediation cost estimates and third-party claims analysis that meet the standards of commercial transactions, insurance underwriting and litigation.
TRACER™ - Currently in the prototype phase, TRACER is an automated cost-based, parametric estimating system that estimates the cost of a new bridge and highway construction.
