Earth Tech's Financial and Economic Consulting Services has developed and uses a unique set of processes and software tools for cost estimating and risk analysis. Earth Tech utilizes the following management tools to complete consulting services for our clients:

PACES™- Used to plan and budget facility and infrastructure construction costs. Users can begin to budget costs at the earliest pre-design phase and continue to estimate costs through final design.
RACER™ - Allows its user base to quickly and accurately estimate costs for all phases of environmental remediation projects- from site discovery through long-term monitoring.
Cost Risk - Increases knowledge of the technical, cost and schedule risks associated with a major construction program or environmental restoration project helping to make informed decisions. The software provides information to assess financial risks under guaranteed fixed price or performance-based contracting formats.
RACER-DS® - Provides clients with environmental remediation cost estimates and third-party claims analysis that meet the standards of commercial transactions, insurance underwriting and litigation.
TRACER™ - Earth Tech's TRAnsportation Cost EstimatoR (TRACER) software
is a parametric cost estimating tool created to help plan and budget for highway and bridge construction/renovation projects at the pre-design and early design phases. TRACER employs pre-engineered model parameters and construction criteria to accurately estimate project costs with limited design information. Initial release is scheduled for summer of 2005.
