CTC FUDS Wrapper and Post Processor

USACE HQ FUDS requires all cost to complete (CTC) estimates for the Formerly Utilized Defense Sites (FUDS) program be developed consistently to provide a complete estimate of the FUDS program to be included in the Annual Report to Congress.

The USACE HTRW Center of Expertise (HTRW/CX) awarded Earth Tech a purchase order to support development of the ordnance and explosives (OE) remediation costs for the FUDS program. The OE costs will be created by a software application called the FUDS Wrapper. The purchase order also includes development of a Post Processor to upload data from the Remedial Action Cost Engineering and Requirements (RACER^TM) cost estimating system into the FUDS Management Information System (FUDSMIS). Earth Tech will design, program, test, and submit the Wrapper and Post Processor software to the USACE HTRW CX.
