Centers for Disease Control Cost Modeling

Earth Tech provided cost estimating and cost modeling for the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to develop PACES cost models for the central plant (chiller and boiler), office building, laboratory/office building, high containment laboratory, and pedestrian tunnels. These new PACES models will be designed in such a manner to support current construction design efforts and enable the CDC to make cost estimates on future projects of a similar nature.

Earth Tech is working for Boyken International, which is contracted to CUH2A, the prime architect for CDC.
