Earth Tech's Financial and Economic Consulting Services provides our clients with asset reporting requirements by developing a complete and accurate inventory of their fixed-assets and infrastructure. We provide a parametric approach using existing records and industry standards to develop an auditable asset database. This approach saves a significant amount of time and cost over the traditional valuation method.

If needed, our consultants can conduct a condition assessment analysis of all inventoried assets and assign auditable values to those assets based on their condition. Once value is determined, that information is incorporated into an agency’s financial statements.
