Earth Tech’s Remedial Action Cost Engineering and Requirements (RACER) software is a Windows-based environmental remediation/corrective action cost estimating system.

RACER software quickly and accurately estimates costs for all phases of environmental remediation projects – from site investigation through site closeout.
